MY NUTRITION ADVICE
Do not think you have to make drastic nutrition changes all at once. Incorporate healthy food choices and cut out bad choices slowly to allow yourself a better chance at being successful in your new, healthier nutrition plan.
EXERCISE TIP
Simplest changes make the biggest changes. Make the choice to take the stairs at work or park your car further away from the entrance. These are little choices you can make that bring about big change.
