Doug Daniel is an accomplished business executive, investor, and strategic advisor with a broad and unique range of operations, accounting, and finance experience in the healthcare, technology, and real estate industries. Doug obtained his BA degree in accounting and finance from Georgia State University and his CPA from the State of Georgia. He began his career with Grant Thornton, LLP. He later started his firm Daniel/Pappadakis/CBIZ, in Atlanta and was the managing partner. He sold his firm in 2000 to CBIZ, a public business services company.

He has been an active investor and advisor for the past twenty years. From 2000 through 2008, he was CEO of a national trade association for companies that manufacture desktop and notebook computers. From 2009 to 2014, he became a master developer for Doctors Express Urgent Care and opened Urgent Care Centers in South Carolina and Georgia.

Doug is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, where he resides with his wife, Edith. He has four grown children and eight grandchildren. He is a Covenant Presbyterian Church member and an active golfer at Cherokee Town and Country Club and Fripp Island Golf and Tennis Club.
