Libby Davenport began her career at EHG in 2007. After attending college in East Tennessee, she has been blessed to work in the accounting field for 30+ years in a wide variety of industries including real estate, property management, commercial design / build, retail, IT, and non-profit. Libby’s overall experience allows her to effectively manage all aspects of accounting and finance including AR, AP, Payroll, Cash Flow, Financials, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Analysis, New and Existing Client Proposals and Renewals, Vendor Relationships, and Asset Inventory. Libby loves to say that she has what she describes as a career trifecta…”I love what I do, who I do it for, and who I do it with”.
Prior to coming to EHG, Libby had an accounting business specializing in working with entrepreneurs and newly established businesses. She also taught music for over 20 years. She is a piano player, arranger, and composer who has been actively involved in church worship since her youth. For the last decade, she has enjoyed the privilege of leading worship, teaching, and volunteering in an international, interdenominational, non-profit organization based in North Georgia. Her favorite thing to do is anything that involves spending time with her precious family and friends, especially if it is anywhere in the mountains.
Her favorite quote is “All things work together for good for those that love the Lord and are called according to His purpose”, Romans 8:28. She deeply desires to be a blessing to those around her in an effort to give back if not just a portion of all that has been given to her.
