Marty is the newest addition to EHG’s leadership team and comes to us with vast experience in the health management arena, spending his entire career selling exclusively to employers on both a direct basis and through national brokerage and consulting firms. His lengthy career has involved working with decision makers, including VPs of Benefits/HR and CFOs to implement Wellness, Disease Management, and Coaching solutions to help employers improve the health of their valued employees, which results in lower costs for both their employees and for them (“a true win-win”, Marty always likes to say ).
Marty was born and raised in Boston, MA, and graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in Economics. He was an accomplished sports athlete who played football (Quarterback) and baseball (Third base) from childhood through College and is a huge competitor who loves to win and hates to lose – which he has continued to exhibit throughout his business career.
