Tiffany Ciszewski has been a part of the Engagement Health Group team since 2013. She serves as Director of Delivery, Training and Quality, responsible for developing delivery processes and procedures, ensuring quality in everything we do at EHG and supporting EHG employees with training and development opportunities.
Tiffany leverages her experience as a Health Coach, Program Manager and Client Success Manager, training skills, attention to detail and leadership to drive quality and excellence throughout the organization.
Tiffany earned her BSS in Psychology and Health Service Administration from Ohio University and MEd in Community Health Education from the University of Louisville. During her graduate studies, Tiffany worked for the Diabetes and Obesity center as a research coordinator at the University of Louisville. Her passion for wellness developed while working with chronically ill participants in research and the desire to prevent illness. During graduate school Tiffany discovered her passion for training through teaching wellness coaching as a graduate assistant at the University of Louisville.
