Summertime is upon us, which means longer days and time spent with friends and family. It’s a great time to pull out the grill and prepare delicious and healthy meals over an open flame.

MEAL ONE:

Spicy Grilled Shrimp with Pineapple Sauce, Brown Rice

A perfect combination of summer flavors! Spicy shrimp combined with sweet pineapple, tangy tomatoes, and fresh lime is sure to please everyone at the dinner table!
