The Meal Plan for the Week of May 9, 2022

Easy & Delicious Freezer Meals

Take the hassle out of busy weeknights with freezer meals. Make ahead, store, and you’ve got healthy dinners for the whole week! Check out this website for more information on how to freezer meal prep and for additional recipe ideas.

MEAL ONE:

Coconut Chicken, Sweet Potato Fries, Roasted Broccoli

Everyone likes chicken tenders! Especially when they taste delicious but aren’t deep fried like with most fast-food versions. Freeze uncooked breaded tenders for up to 3 months for a quick and easy lunch or dinner!

MEAL TWO:

Chicken Burritos, Tomato and Avocado Salad

Cook 17 chicken burritos in under an hour! Save for lunches or dinner through the week, or follow the instructions included on how to freeze some of them to enjoy as a meal later.

MEAL THREE:

Cheesy Ground Turkey Pasta Bake, Salad

Simple ingredients make this recipe easy to make and even easier to freeze and reheat! It includes lean protein, vegetables, and whole wheat to make it a complete meal in one dish.

MEAL FOUR:

Zucchini Pizza Casserole

Sunny weather means zucchini season is almost here! Try out this easy, cheesy casserole recipe that uses zucchini in place of noodles. Eat leftovers during the week, or batch cook and freeze for an easy weeknight meal another time!

MEAL FIVE:

Cheeseburger Casserole, Veggies

This recipe takes the classic cheeseburger and puts it in to casserole form to create a cheesy, comfort-food favorite.
