WHAT CAN I OFFER YOU AS YOUR EHG HEALTH COACH?

As a previous Wellness Coach for healthcare employees for 4 years, I understand that it takes trial and error to find what works best for each individual. I am passionate about helping you find what works for your lifestyle. One of my favorite sayings and something I live by is “respect your body. fuel your body. challenge your body. move your body. and most of all, love your body”. Living by those 5 sayings, together we can focus on small goals that will help you achieve your long-term goals.

WHAT DO I LIKE BEST ABOUT BEING A SUCCESSFUL HEALTH COACH?

What I like best about being a health coach is the one-on-one interaction with each participant. There is not a one size fits all when it comes to nutrition and exercise. So, learning about each participant’s personal and work life, will ultimately help us find out what works for your lifestyle and how to achieve your nutrition and exercise goals!

EDUCATION

  • BS in Education- Exercise Science and Wellness: Georgia Southwestern State University

FUN FACTS

  • I played soccer from 4 years old and continued playing through college at GSW, so being active has always been a part of my lifestyle.
  • I have a husband and two kids that love being outside whether it’s at the pool or the lake.
  • My birthday is in December, so Christmas time has always been my favorite.

MY NUTRITION ADVICE

When thinking nutrition, always tell yourself everything in moderation. Not one salad made you healthy and not one piece of cake made you unhealthy. So have that piece of cake, as long as you have that balance getting in the nutritious foods that fuel our body!

EXERCISE TIP

If you only have 10 minutes to exercise a day, take that time and make the best of it! Anything is better than nothing at all. If you want to exercise more, schedule exercise into your work/personal life and commit to it!
