  • ACE Certified: Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Behavior Change Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist

  • Former collegiate soccer player

MY NUTRITION ADVICE

Prioritize protein at every meal to help you build muscle after your workouts. Aim to eat vegetables and/or fruit at every meal for all their nutrients your body wants and needs.

EXERCISE TIP

Exercise to take care of your body, not as a punishment for something you ate. Our bodies are meant to move. Try doing some sort of movement every day! Movement and exercise are not only good for you physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
